JUNE 11: Launching a scathing attack on PM Narendra Modi, senior Congress leader and MP Jairam Ramesh on Wednesday questioned why PM is evading from discussion on “Operation Sindoor” in the upcoming Parliament Session.

Speaking to the media, Congress stalwart batted for conducting an all-party meeting, setting up a review committee on “Operation Sindoor” and a discussion on it during the upcoming Monsoon Session.

Jairam Ramesh reiterated that PM Modi should chair an all-party meeting to interact with the leaders not MPs.

Ramesh further pressed for a two-day discussion on the internal and external security with Pakistan and China.

Congress leader also laid emphasis on the arrest of terrorists involved in Pahalgam massacre.

Notably, PM Modi met all 50 MPs members of seven delegations that went to 32 countries to enumerate the accomplishment of India Armed Forces during the “Operation Sindoor” which was retaliation to Pahalgam massacre that claimed the lives of 26 civilians.
